Deposits, Cancellations, No Shows, Payment & More: Deposits: A $30 nonrefundable deposit is required for all chemical services. Deposits are applied toward your final balance and reserve your appointment time. Cancellations: Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you! To respect my time and other guests waiting for reservations, I kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Reservations cancelled with less than 48 hours notice or no-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service that they are booked for with the card on file. Any no shows may be subject to no bookings in the future depending on the circumstance/situation. Late Arrivals: Guests who arrive more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment and will be subject to the 50% cancellation fee. If you are running late, please touch base with me! I’m super understanding and I know things happen. Payment is due immediately upon completion of your service. Studio SMC accepts all major credit/debit cards and cash in exact change. Any services changed within 48 hours of your scheduled reservation may result in a 50% charge of the originally scheduled reservation. By booking an appointment, you agree to all of these policies.
